PeopleXD Pay Planner is a compensation planning solution that integrates seamlessly with your PeopleXD system. It streamlines your entire compensation management process from initial planning through cycle completion.

Cycles

Allows you to create, edit, and sharing compensation cycles.

Settings

Allows you to configure your default cycle settings. For example, budget segmentation.

Allows you can manage cycles that you have created or have ownership of.

Links to the Customer Success Portal where you can search product resources.

User Profile

Allows you to switch between Admin and Manager roles.
