PeopleXD Pay Planner is a compensation planning solution that integrates seamlessly with your PeopleXD system. Pay Planner streamlines your entire compensation management process from initial planning to cycle completion.

The Pay Planner dashboard contains the following tabs:

Description

Cycles

Allows you to create, edit and share compensation cycles.

Settings

Allows you to configure your default cycle settings, for example, budget segmentation.

Administration

Allows you to manage cycles that you have created or own.

Links to the Help Centre, where you can search product resources.

User Profile

Allows you to switch between Admin and Manager screens.
