Once you have set up user access to pay planner and managed their data access, users will need access granted to the Pay Planner screens.
To do this, follow the steps below
From the dashboard menu, select Security Dashboard.
Click Menu Profiles.
In the search field, search for the relevant menu profile or create a new menu profile.
πNote: Amending access on a menu profile will update this for all employees who are assigned this menu profile.
Click the three-dot icon, and then select Manage Menu Options.
To filter the systems, click the filter
icon.
From the Filter By System dropdown menu, select the relevant system assigned to the menu option in the table below.
Click Apply then in the search field, search for the relevant menu options.
Turn on the toggle for the menu option above.
