Pay Planner can receive performance data through two methods:
Automatic integration: When using PeopleXD Talent Management, performance data flows automatically into Pay Planner. The system pulls the final rating from Performance History directly into Pay Planner.
📌Note: If you use another area of the Talent Management solution to capture performance ratings (e.g. Talent Factors), you need to export a report from PeopleXD Insight and upload the results using Data Migration.
Manual upload: If you do not use PeopleXD Talent Management, you can upload performance data using the Data Migration facility. Two templates are available for performance data upload:
Performance Rating File
Employee Performance File
Download Data Migration templates
To download the data migration templates required, watch the video or follow the steps below.
From the dashboard menu, search for and select Data Migration Templates.
Search for Performance Rating File, then click the 3-dot menu.
Click Download Helper, then click Download Template.
Open the Performance Rating File on your device and fill in the fields.
🤓 Tip: Refer to Helper File for guidance on how to fill in the template.
Repeat steps 2-4 to download and complete the Employee Performance File.
Upload completed templates
Once the templates are complete, you can upload them into PeopleXD.
From the dashboard menu, search for and select Data Migration Options.
Click Load File, then upload the Performance Rating File.
Select Process All Records, then wait for the status to update to Complete.
Repeat steps 1-3 to upload the Employee Performance File.
📌 Note: The Performance Rating File must be uploaded before the Employee Performance File.
