Pay Planner can receive performance data through two methods:
Automatic Integration: When using PeopleXD Talent Management, performance data flows automatically into Pay Planner. The system pulls the Final Rating from Performance History directly into Pay Planner.
📌Note: If you use another area of the Talent Management solution to capture performance ratings (e.g. Talent Factors), you will need to report these out via Insight and load them in via Data Migration.
Manual Upload: If you do not use PeopleXD Talent Management, you can upload performance data using the Data Migration facility. Two templates are available for performance data upload:
Performance Rating File
Employee Performance File
Download templates
To download the templates required, watch the video or follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Data Migration Templates widget.
Search for Performance Rating File.
Expand the 3-dot menu and click Download Helper and Download Template.
Add the required records to the Download Template File.
Each row of the Data Template File represents an individual record, e.g. an employee, a contract etc. Refer to Helper File for guidance on how to complete.
Repeat steps 2-5 for Employee Performance File.
Upload completed templates
To upload your completed templates, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Data Migration Migration Options widget.
Click Load File.
Upload the Performance Rating File first.
Select Process All Records.
Wait for the status to update to Complete.
Repeat steps 2-5 for the Employee Performance File.
📌Note: The Performance Rating File must be loaded before the Employee Performance File.
