Submit your clocking in Access Evo Navigator

Employees can record their clock-in and clock-out times and view their clocking history directly from Access Evo Navigator, without needing to switch to a separate application.

The Submit Clocking quick action gives employees a convenient way to record their working time directly from the Access Evo Navigator tab. The same validation rules as the native app are applied, ensuring consistency and accuracy in attendance records. Clock events sync immediately to the WFM time tracking system.

This feature is available to all clients.


Access the Submit Clocking quick action

  1. Log in to Access Evo Navigator.

  2. From the Navigator tab, select the Submit Clocking quick action.

  3. The Submit Clocking right panel opens, showing the clocking form and your Clocking History below.

The clocking form

The clocking form displays the current date and a live clock showing the current time. Complete the following fields to register your time:

Select the activity type for this clocking entry.

Business Absence

Tick this box if you are clocking for a business absence, such as a client meeting or off-site work.

Overtime

Tick this box if this clocking entry is for overtime hours.

Comment

No

An optional free-text comment to add context or notes about this clocking entry.

If location services are unavailable on your device, a warning is displayed and the clocking entry will be registered without tracking your movement direction. Select Register Time to submit the clocking entry.

Register your time

  1. In the clocking form, select your Appointment and Activity.

  2. If applicable, tick Business Absence or Overtime, and add an optional Comment.

  3. Select Register Time. The clocking entry is recorded with the current timestamp and synced to the WFM time tracking system immediately.

Clock events sync immediately to the WFM time tracking system. The same validation rules as the native app are applied β€” including scheduled shift checks, maximum hours, and duplicate prevention.

πŸ“ŒNote: Your Clocking History is displayed below the form. Filter by All, Today, or This Week to review recent entries. Each entry shows the clocking type (e.g., Register Time, Sign In), date and time, and any applicable tags such as Business.


Menu options required

To enable the Submit Clocking quick action, administrators have two options:

Option 1 β€” Navigator Configuration screen

From the Navigator Configuration screen, locate Submit Clocking in the Menu Options list and select Enable. To access Navigator Configuration:

  1. From the Administrator Dashboard, select Site Manager.

  2. Select Open next to Navigator Configuration.

  3. Select the Menu Options Configuration tab.

  4. Locate Clocking in the list and select Enable.

Add the following menu options manually to your menu profile.
