The Personal Details quick action gives employees a simple, self-service way to view their basic personal information and make updates where permitted, directly from the Access Evo Navigator tab. Any changes made are synchronised with PeopleXD, keeping records accurate and up to date.
This feature is available to UK and Irish clients.
Access the Personal Details quick action
1. Log in to Access Evo Navigator.
2. From the Navigator tab, select the Personal Details quick action.
3. The Personal Details right panel opens.
Your personal details
The right panel displays the following fields:

Forename, Surname, Service Start Date, and your NI/PPS Number are shown for reference only and cannot be changed here. If any of these need to be updated, contact your HR team.
Update your details
4. In the right panel, update your Preferred Name or Pronouns as required.
5. Select Save.
6. A confirmation message is displayed once your changes have been saved.
Your updated details are synchronised with PeopleXD automatically.
📌Note: Only Preferred Name and Pronouns can be updated via this quick action. All other fields are read-only.
Menu options required
To enable the Personal Details quick action, administrators have two options:
Option 1 — Navigator Configuration screen
From the Navigator Configuration screen, locate Personal Details in the Menu Options list and select Enable. To access Navigator Configuration:
From the Administrator Dashboard, select Site Manager.
Select Open next to Navigator Configuration.
Select the Menu Options Configuration tab.
Locate Personal Details in the list and select Enable.
Option 2 — Menu profile
Add the following menu options manually to your menu profile.

📌Note: Ensure the user's security profile includes the Navigator — Personal Details menu profile. As the Parent Link, enabling this will enable all other webservices required for this quick action.
