View, download, and upload your documents in Access Evo Navigator

Employees can access, download, search, and upload their personal HR and payroll documents directly from Access Evo Navigator, without needing to navigate to a separate system or contact HR.

The My Documents quick action gives employees instant, self-service access to their personal HR and payroll documents from the Access Evo Navigator tab. Documents can be viewed in-app, downloaded, and searched or filtered. Visual indicators highlight new and unread documents. Employees can also upload documents where permitted. Document visibility and upload rights are controlled by PeopleXD permissions.

This feature is available to all clients.

Access the My Documents quick action

  1. Log in to Access Evo Navigator.

  2. From the Navigator tab, select the My Documents quick action.

  3. The My Documents right panel opens on the My Documents tab, showing your full document list.

My Documents tab

The My Documents tab displays all your personal HR documents. Each document shows the file name, document type, and upload date. Documents marked with an Unread badge are new since your last visit. The following actions are available for each document:

Action / Feature

Description

View

Opens the document in-app without downloading. Supported file types include PDFs, images, and Office documents. Viewing a document marks it as read.

Download

Saves the document to your device. Downloading also marks the document as read.

Search

Use the search bar to find documents by file name. Results update in real time as you type.

Filter

Filter the document list by unread status (Show unread only) or by document type using the Document Types dropdown.

Sort

Documents are sorted by newest first by default. Use the sort control to change the order.

Upload Document

Select Upload Document to add a new document. Supported file types include all common formats up to 10 MB. You will be prompted to select a document type on upload.

Refresh

Select the refresh icon to reload the document list and check for newly added documents.

The total document count and number of unread documents are shown at the top of the panel. Documents available to view and download are determined by your PeopleXD permissions.

Payroll Documents tab

  1. Select the Payroll Documents tab to view payroll-specific documents such as P60s, P45s, and P11Ds.

  2. Each payroll document shows its document name, document type (for example, P60), and tax year. Use the Document Type filter to narrow the list.

  3. Select View to open the document in-app or Download to save it to your device.

Documents are retrieved from PeopleXD in real time. Document visibility and upload permissions are controlled by your organisation's PeopleXD configuration.

πŸ“ŒNote: Uploaded documents must be 10 MB or under. If a document you expect to see is not visible, contact your HR or payroll administrator β€” access is controlled by PeopleXD permissions.
