The My Pension quick action gives employees instant visibility of their pension scheme details and contribution amounts, directly from the Access Evo Navigator tab. This is a read-only view β no changes can be made to pension information through this quick action. Data is retrieved in real time from PeopleXD and is scoped to each employee's own record.
This feature is available to all clients.
Access the My Pension quick action
Log in to Access Evo Navigator.
From the Navigator tab, select the My Pension quick action.
The My Pension right panel opens, displaying your pension scheme information.
Your pension information
The right panel displays all pension schemes associated with your employment record, each shown on a separate card. Each scheme card displays the following information:
Field | Description |
Scheme name | The name of the pension scheme. |
Status | Whether the scheme is Active or Inactive. |
Employee Contribution | The employee's contribution shown as a Percentage, Per pay period amount, and Year to Date total. |
Employer Contribution | The employer's contribution shown as a Percentage, Per pay period amount, and Year to Date total. |
Additional Voluntary Contribution (AVC) | Any additional voluntary contribution shown as a Percentage, Per pay period amount, and Year to Date total. |
Total Contributions (Year to Date) | The combined total of all contributions for the current year to date, highlighted in the card. |
Scheme Start Date | The date the employee joined this pension scheme. |
Last Updated | The date the pension record was last updated in XD. |
Where an employee has more than one pension scheme, each scheme is displayed on a separate card. The number of schemes is shown at the top of the panel. All information is read-only.
Making changes to your pension
The My Pension quick action is a read-only view. No changes to pension scheme details or contribution rates can be made through Access Evo Navigator.
To make changes to your pension contributions or scheme enrolment, contact your HR department or pension provider directly.
A Need Help? prompt is displayed at the bottom of the panel with guidance on who to contact for pension queries or changes.

Menu options required
To enable the My Pension quick action, administrators have two options:
Option 1 β Navigator Configuration screen
From the Navigator Configuration screen, locate My Pension in the Menu Options list and select Enable. To access Navigator Configuration:
From the Administrator Dashboard, select Site Manager.
Select Open next to Navigator Configuration.
Select the Menu Options Configuration tab.
Locate My Pension in the list and select Enable.
Option 2 β Menu profile
Add the following menu options manually to your menu profile.

πNote: Ensure the user's security profile includes the Navigator β My Pension menu profile. As the Parent Link, enabling this will enable all other webservices required for this quick action.
