Update your emergency contact details in Access Evo Navigator

Employees can add and update their emergency contact and next of kin details directly from Access Evo Navigator, without needing to contact HR.

The Emergency Contact quick action gives employees a simple, self-service way to add, view, and update their next of kin and emergency contact details, directly from the Access Evo Navigator tab. Any changes made are synchronised with PeopleXD, keeping records accurate and up to date.

This feature is available to all clients.


Access the Emergency Contact quick action

1. Log in to Access Evo Navigator.

2. From the Navigator tab, select the Emergency Contact quick action.

3. The Emergency Contact right panel opens.

Your emergency contact details

The right panel displays the following fields:

All fields in the Emergency Contact right panel are editable. You can update your emergency contact details at any time.


Add or update your emergency contact

  1. In the right panel, enter or update the details for your emergency contact. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

  2. Select Save.

  3. A confirmation message is displayed once your changes have been saved.

Your emergency contact details are synchronised with PeopleXD automatically.

πŸ“ŒNote: You can only store one emergency contact at a time. To remove an emergency contact, clear all fields and select Save Changes.


Menu options required

To enable the Emergency Contact quick action, administrators have two options:

Option 1 β€” Navigator Configuration screen

From the Navigator Configuration screen, locate Emergency Contact in the Menu Options list and select Enable. To access Navigator Configuration:

  1. From the Administrator Dashboard, select Site Manager.

  2. Select Open next to Navigator Configuration.

  3. Select the Menu Options Configuration tab.

  4. Locate Next of Kin in the list and select Enable.

Option 2 β€” Menu profile

Add the following menu options manually to your menu profile.
