View and update your contact details in Access Evo Navigator

Employees can view and update their contact details directly from Access Evo Navigator, without needing to contact HR or navigate to a separate system.

The My Contacts quick action gives employees a simple, self-service way to view and update their contact details, directly from the Access Evo Navigator tab. Permissions are applied per contact type, so employees can only edit contact information they are authorised to manage. Any changes made are synchronised with PeopleXD, keeping records accurate and up to date.

This feature is available to all clients.

Access the My Contacts quick action

  1. Log in to Access Evo Navigator.

  2. From the Navigator tab, select the My Contacts quick action.

  3. The My Contacts right panel opens, displaying a list of your current contact details.

Your contact details

Each row displays a contact type and its current value. Select a contact to expand it and edit the value. Contact types marked as Read-only are managed by your organisation and cannot be edited. The following contact types may be displayed:

The contact types displayed depend on your organisation's configuration. Contact types not shown in the list are not enabled for your organisation. Items marked as Read-only are managed by your organisation and cannot be edited by employees.

Update a contact detail

  1. In the right panel, select the contact you want to update. Read-only contacts cannot be selected for editing.

  2. The contact expands inline. Enter or update the value. For telephone numbers, select the country code from the dropdown first.

  3. Select Save. A confirmation message is displayed once your changes have been saved.

Your updated contact details are synchronised with PeopleXD automatically.

πŸ“ŒNote: A Looks good indicator is displayed when the value entered is in a valid format. Contact types and edit permissions are configured by your organisation and may vary.
