Submit a request in Access Evo Navigator

Employees can discover, complete, and submit organisation-defined request forms directly from Access Evo Navigator, with draft saving and document upload support.

The Submit Request quick action gives employees a single, self-service portal to find and submit any organisation-defined form, directly from the Access Evo Navigator tab. Forms are configured in PeopleXD and may include requests such as career break applications, paternity requests, or hire car requests. Drafts can be saved at any time, and submitted forms route automatically through the existing PeopleXD approval workflow.

This feature is available to all clients. The forms available depend on your organisation's configuration in PeopleXD.

Access the Submit Request quick action

  1. Log in to Access Evo Navigator.

  2. From the Navigator tab, select the Submit Request quick action.

  3. The Submit Request right panel opens on the Available Forms tab.

Available Forms and My Drafts

The Submit Request panel has two tabs:

Tab

Description

Available Forms

Lists all forms available to you, based on your permissions in PeopleXD. Use the search bar to find a form by name. Each form shows a Start Form button. Forms with a saved draft show a Continue Draft and Start New Form button, along with the most recent appointment context and when the draft was last saved.

My Drafts

Lists all your saved drafts with the form name, appointment context, and last saved date. The tab displays a count of saved drafts. Select Continue to resume a draft or delete it if no longer needed.

Forms are organised by category and listed alphabetically within each category. Only forms you have permission to submit are shown. The forms available depend on your organisation's PeopleXD configuration.

Complete and submit a form

  1. On the Available Forms tab, find the form you want to submit and select Start Form. If you have a saved draft, select Continue Draft to resume it, or Start New Form to begin a fresh submission.

  2. Complete the fields in the form. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Some forms include document upload fields or a confirmation checkbox. Select Save as Draft at any time to save your progress without submitting.

  3. When ready, select Submit Request. All required fields are validated before submission. A confirmation message is displayed on successful submission.

Submitted requests are routed automatically through the existing PeopleXD approval workflow. Drafts are saved to your account and can be resumed at any time from the My Drafts tab.

πŸ“ŒNote: Some forms are contract-specific and will prompt you to select the relevant appointment before the form opens. Drafts are not validated on save β€” validation only runs on Submit Request. If a form is not visible, contact your HR administrator β€” form visibility is controlled by PeopleXD permissions.
