Once you've migrated to Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) and completed the Access Evo Invitations configuration, your new users get an invite from Access Evo. An overnight job on PeopleXD triggers these invites to send for new users.
🤓Tip: If you choose to not wait for the overnight sync to complete, you can also send an invite to an individual or on demand.
Once the invite is sent from Access Evo, the user receives an email with a link to click Join.
After clicking the link, follow the steps below:
Set the password on the not branded Identity screen.
Next, sign in via the branded login screen.
Enter your username, then click Next.
Enter password and sign in.
