To support your branding, you have the following options available when using PeopleXD in Access Evo (previously Access Workspace):
Identity or Access Evo login screen branding.
Access Evo branding for items above the tab line.
PeopleXD branding and themes.
Identity login screen
📌Note: If your organisation uses SSO with the skip-next feature enabled, users may not see this login page.
Identity branding allows your admins to customise the sign-in experience for your users and align the experience to your brand identity.
Custom branding areas
As an organisation admin, you can brand three key areas:
The title image.
The splash screen.
The favicon: This is the icon that appears in the browser tab.
Access your Branding app
As an Access Evo administrator, to access the Branding application, follow the steps below:
In Access Evo, click your user profile avatar then select Organisation settings.
Select Branding.
To brand the applicable areas of Access Identity, follow on screen instructions.
For example, the favicon, standard brand image and splash screen.
🤓Tip: The Alternative Brand image is not applicable.
Access Evo branding or themes
As an Access Evo administrator, to update your Access Evo branding, follow the steps below:
In Access Evo, click your user profile avatar then select Organisation settings.
Select General.
Update the top bar colour.
PeopleXD branding or themes
The PeopleXD application has it's own theming and as a PeopleXD administrator, you can set this up.
When accessing PeopleXD in Access Evo:
You can now preview themes and view where the changes appear when PeopleXD is in a Access Evo tab.
Theming of PeopleXD logon page is no longer applicable.
