Send invites to future new starters | Enable this to send invites to future starters. |
Start date trigger | Enable this to set your preferred value. This way, you only send invites where an employee's start date is your preferred number of days before today. |

You can send invites on demand, rather than waiting for the overnight sync. To do this, follow the steps below:
Quick jump to the Security dashboard.
From the System Overview tab, scroll to the Evo Configuration widget.
Click Evo Invites then click Bulk Send Invites.
Click OK.
🤓Tip: You can also send Access Evo invites to individual employees. Once they receive the invitation and click the Join link, they can log into Access Evo and navigate PeopleXD.
Restrict email invites
You can only restrict email invites when you enable automatic invites. This is helpful when you need to restrict automatic invites to certain groups of employees, based on the reference data in their employee record. To do this, follow the steps below:
Quick jump to the Security dashboard.
From the System Overview tab, scroll to the Evo Configuration widget.
Click Evo Invites then click Restrict Email Invites.
Click Add then enter a name for your criteria group.
🤓Tip: By default, the type is set to Evo Email Invites.
Click the relevant reference data.
Select the relevant attributes from the Available column and use the arrow to move it to the Assigned column.
🤓Tip: You automatically save the list.
Return to the Restrict Email Invites screen and then from the relevant three-dot menu, add more groups, or edit and delete existing criteria groups.
Auto-assign menu profiles
When the employee logs in for the first time, they activate their Identity account and depending on how you set up the menu profile auto-assignation rules, they get a menu profile.
Note: In the Evo menu matrix, you can configure the settings for automatically assigning menu profiles to new starters once they log into their Access Evo account. Read more >
