Note: If single sign on (SSO) is configured for their email address domain, the user signs in.

Send invites to future new starters

Enable this to send invites to future starters.

Note: When this option is disabled, only the current employees receive the invites.

Start date trigger

Enable this to set your preferred value. This way, you only send invites where an employee's start date is your preferred number of days before today.

  2. From the System Overview tab, scroll to the Evo Configuration widget.

  3. Click Evo Invites then click Bulk Send Invites.

  3. Click Evo Invites then click Restrict Email Invites.

  4. Click Add then enter a name for your criteria group.

🤓Tip: By default, the type is set to Evo Email Invites.

  5. Click the relevant reference data.

  6. Select the relevant attributes from the Available column and use the arrow to move it to the Assigned column.

🤓Tip: You automatically save the list.

  7. Return to the Restrict Email Invites screen and then from the relevant three-dot menu, add more groups, or edit and delete existing criteria groups.

Auto-assign menu profiles

When the employee logs in for the first time, they activate their Identity account and depending on how you set up the menu profile auto-assignation rules, they get a menu profile.

Note: In the Evo menu matrix, you can configure the settings for automatically assigning menu profiles to new starters once they log into their Access Evo account. Read more >
