The Diversity Information quick action gives employees a simple, self-service way to view and update their equality and diversity information, directly from the Access Evo Navigator tab. All fields are optional — employees can share only what they are comfortable with, and can update or clear their information at any time. Any changes made are synchronised with PeopleXD.
This feature is available to all clients. The fields displayed depend on your organisation's configuration — only fields enabled by your organisation will be visible.
Access the Diversity Information quick action
Log in to Access Evo Navigator.
From the Navigator tab, select the Diversity Information quick action.
The Diversity Information right panel opens.
Fields available
The right panel is divided into sections. The fields available in each section are listed below. All fields are optional. Fields are displayed directly in the panel and can be edited without entering a separate edit mode.

Not all fields listed above may be visible — your organisation controls which fields are displayed. Dropdown options are configured by your organisation and may vary.
Update your diversity information
In the right panel, update any fields as required. All fields are optional — you can leave any field blank or clear a previously entered value.
Scroll through all sections and make any updates across Personal Details, Diversity, Family Details, General Details, and Detailed Notes as required.
Select Save Changes. A confirmation message is displayed once your changes have been saved.
Your diversity information is synchronised with PeopleXD automatically.
📌Note: All diversity fields are optional. Providing this information supports your organisation's equal opportunities monitoring. The fields displayed and dropdown options available are configured by your organisation and may vary between users.
Menu options required
To enable the Diversity Information quick action, administrators have two options:
Option 1 — Navigator Configuration screen
From the Navigator Configuration screen, locate Diversity Information in the Menu Options list and select Enable. To access Navigator Configuration:
From the Administrator Dashboard, select Site Manager.
Select Open next to Navigator Configuration.
Select the Menu Options Configuration tab.
Locate Diversity Information in the list and select Enable.
Option 2 — Menu profile
Add the following menu options manually to your menu profile.

📌Note: Ensure the user's security profile includes the Navigator — Diversity Information menu profile. As the Parent Link, enabling this will enable all other webservices required for this quick action.
