Update your bank details in Access Evo Navigator

Employees can view and update their salary and expense bank account details directly from Access Evo Navigator, without needing to complete paper forms or contact HR.

The Bank Details quick action gives employees a self-service way to view and update their salary and expense bank account details, directly from the Access Evo Navigator tab. Sort code validation automatically identifies the bank name in real time. Submitted changes are routed to HR for verification before the next payroll period.

This feature is available to all clients.


Access the Bank Details quick action

  1. Log in to Access Evo Navigator.

  2. From the Navigator tab, select the Bank Details quick action.

  3. The Bank Details right panel opens, displaying your current bank account details in read-only view.


Your bank details

The right panel has two tabs: Salary and Expenses. Each tab displays the current bank account details for that payment type. The following fields are shown:

The bank sort code. When updated, the Bank Name is automatically populated using real-time sort code validation.

The bank account number. Displayed masked for security (e.g., ******78).

Bank Name

Auto-populated from the sort code lookup. A green tick confirms the bank has been identified. This field cannot be edited directly.

Bank details are displayed in read-only view by default. Select Edit to make changes. For building society accounts, an additional Roll Number field is displayed when required.


Update your bank details

  1. Select the Salary or Expenses tab for the account you want to update, then select Edit.

  2. Enter the new Sort Code and Account Number. The Bank Name is auto-populated from the sort code. A green tick confirms the bank has been identified.

  3. Select Save. A confirmation message is displayed and your changes are submitted to HR for verification before the next payroll period.

Bank detail changes are routed to HR for verification and applied to PeopleXD Payroll records before the next payroll period.

πŸ“ŒNote: Bank detail changes require HR verification before they take effect in payroll. For building society accounts, a Roll Number field is displayed automatically when required. Changes to the Expenses account follow the same process as Salary.


Menu options required

To enable the Bank Details quick action, administrators have two options:

Option 1 β€” Navigator Configuration screen

From the Navigator Configuration screen, locate Bank Details in the Menu Options list and select Enable. To access Navigator Configuration:

  1. From the Administrator Dashboard, select Site Manager.

  2. Select Open next to Navigator Configuration.

  3. Select the Menu Options Configuration tab.

  4. Locate Bank Details in the list and select Enable.

Add the following menu options manually to your menu profile.
