Action | Description |
Launch products from Access Button | Access Button shows you all the products you have access to in Access Evo. To launch a product:

Open products or dashboards in multiple tabs | Every new product, space or PeopleXD dashboard you open from Access Button launches in a new Access Evo tab.
This means you can have sessions open side-by-side in the platform without losing where you were.
For example, a manager can have the Manager Dashboard open on a team member's record and also be reviewing their Pay Planner process in another tab. |
Duplicate a tab | You can open multiple instances of the same PeopleXD dashboard. For example, you can have the Manager Dashboard open in two tabs, each showing different screens.
To open another instance of a tab:

Update your photo | Add or change the photo on your user record through your profile settings. |
Update cookie preferences | You can manage your cookie preferences in Access Evo. |
Browse other members* | View all members synced from PeopleXD, including their reporting lines. This can be a useful reference for your teams. To browse Members you can either:

Add an 'About Me' description* | Complete a bio to share with other users who can view member profiles. |
Add your own tags* | Add tags to your profile to support other Access Evo products, such as Access Engage. |
Manage your Access Evo profile
You can complete certain task, such as adding a profile picture and tags within your Members profile.
In the top right of the screen, click your Profile Menu.
Select My Settings, you can then:
Update your avatar picture.
Fill in the About me field.
Add or edit your tags.
Click Save then click Cookie Preferences.
Turn on/off the relevant toggles then click Save.
