Note: The following information is only related to clients using PeopleXD Evo in an Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) tab.

As a PeopleXD user, you log in via the Identity login page. Once logged in, you will be presented with Access Evo and can access your PeopleXD dashboards from

Access button.

📌Note: If you're currently using PeopleXD and migrating to Access Evo, if this is the first time that you’re logging into Access Evo, check how to log in for the first time.

Log in and open PeopleXD

Regardless of user role, as a new user, log in using the new URL. For example, the URL has this format https://go.accessacloud.com/o/tenantid

🤓Tip: The tenantid is the same as your PeopleXD environment.

To open PeopleXD in an Access Evo tab, click Access Button and choose your required dashboard from the Products menu area.

Note:

  • When logging into Access Evo for the first time, ensure you click Access Button

to open your relevant PeopleXD dashboard. Then PeopleXD opens in an Access Evo tab. The next time you log in, you can view this tab by default unless you choose to close it.

  • When PeopleXD is already open in an Access Evo, if you click Access Button

then select the same PeopleXD dashboard again, you will jump to the existing PeopleXD tab containing that same dashboard.

Introducing Access button

Access button is your one place for everything you need from PeopleXD and Access Evo, including your PeopleXD dashboards as well as your other Access products.

There are five areas contained in the Access button:

  1. Products:This is where you can find your PeopleXD dashboards, alongside any other Access Evo products.

  2. Spaces: Here is where you can find your company's shared dashboards and your personal dashboards.

  3. Copilot: This is a confidential personal assistant that leverages AI.

  4. Feed: Helps you keep track of tasks in PeopleXD.

  5. Help and Support: this is where you’ll find our Access Evo Interactive Guide and Customer Success portal through Get Help.

Close or duplicate Access Evo tabs

You can have up to 10 PeopleXD tabs open at any time. For example, you can be in the Employee Dashboard in one, Manager Dashboard in another, and Payroll in another. Hovering over the tab will display a label to indicate what is open within the tab (e.g. People Management or Payroll).

  • Closing tabs: To close individual tabs, expand the three dots then select Close.

  • Duplicating Tabs: To open another tab, expand the three dots then select Duplicate.

PeopleXD My Profile

You can now access the PeopleXD My Profile from the left-hand side profile photo, which is referred to as an avatar.  This is no longer available from the PeopleXD settings menu.

Items moved under My Profile

You can now find the following items under My Profile:

  • Language Preferences.

  • Classic UI toggle: Previously in PeopleXD Account Settings.

  • Fitbit integration: Previously in PeopleXD Account Settings.

Profile photos

You upload profile photos to Access Evo. Profile photos uploaded via Social Hub or Native App are saved to Access Evo directly.

To upload a photo, follow the steps below:

  1. In Access Evo, click your avatar then select My Settings.

  2. Under Avatar, select Browse and upload a photo.

  3. Select Save.

Top right PeopleXD cog wheel

The PeopleXD cogwheel was previously a person’s avatar in standalone PeopleXD. This has been changed to a cogwheel as the avatar in Access Evo has replaced the PeopleXD avatar.

  • From the avatar, the Account Settings has been renamed to Security.

🤓Tip: Contains Recent Account Activity for the last 90 days.

Payslip and bank details password

📌Note: When viewing your payslip or updating your bank details in PeopleXD, you no longer get asked to enter a password.

My Account – options not relevant to non-administrator

The following administrator options are visible to all users but only Access Evo administrators maintain these:

  • Domains.

  • Security Policies.

  • Clients.

Security dashboard

As an administrator, you can now view the UI changes that have been made to the Security dashboard.
