Access Evo apps available for PeopleXD

Overview of which PeopleXD applications can be accessed through Access Evo.

There is a range of Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) apps available you can use. These include general productivity apps and product-specific apps. You can simply add these to your Access Evo.

We regularly develop and add product-specific apps. You can use the following Access Evo apps for PeopleXD.

Holiday Balances

You can add this app to your Access Evo dashboard:

  • View holiday balance information for each of the different balances available, ordered by the balance code, such as:

    • Allowance

    • Carried Forward

    • Taken

    • Booked

  • You can't view comments from employees or book leave from the app.

Team Leave

Managers can add this app to their Access Evo dashboard:

  • View the team's leave and employees who are scheduled on a rest pattern on a day.

  • For more information on who is resting, who has an absence booked and what type of absence is booked, drill into the detail.

  • To view more information that is also available from the app, quick jump to the PeopleXD Team Calendar.

My Leave Summary

Employees can add the My Leave Summary app to their Access Evo dashboard:

  • View all the leave requests and their status.

  • View a countdown to the employee's next day off.

  • To quickly book another leave request, drill into PeopleXD from the app.
