When selecting Access Evo accounts:
You can't view the Integrity Test option.
You get the New Manage Account screen.
Email address is returned in the Username column.
Tip: Where an account is a username account in Access Evo members, the username appears here.
Tip: The Portal fields are no longer available and now you can view the Access Evo integration options.
The Create New User button is still available and visible regardless of the filter you select. This is to create Back Office accounts.
Manage account
We also made a number of changes to the Manage Account screen.
โ
We removed the following options from PeopleXD Portal: Two Factor, Authentication, Locked, Active, Authentication Type, Password Change, Password Expiry, Reset Password, and Link to HR person.
โ
Manage account screen has now additional options for Access Evo integration:
Workspace Status:
Added.
Active.
Deactivated.
Date last synced.
Sync status:
Sync Successful.
Error: If thereโs a sync error, there will be a button to display the error from the error log.
Option to run the sync on demand for the user via Run Sync.
Self Reg widgets
Self Reg widgets are no longer available when using Access Identity to manage authentication:
Self Reg Profiles widget on Self-Reg tab.
Self-Reg Tools widget on Self-Reg tab.
Self-Reg widget on User Management tab.
Other Security Dashboard changes
We made changes to labels on some tabs and widgets on the security Dashboard so they make more sense when PeopleXD is in Access Evo.
Menu profile widget: Portal Users label changed to PeopleXD Users.
Content Security Policy tab and widget: Label changed to PeopleXD Content Security Policy.
User Sessions tab and widget: Label on tab and widget changed to Back Office Sessions.
Password Policy widget: Still available on the Security Dashboard. This is required for back office password policies and Portal policies for the Flightpath standalone UAT solution. The password policy in PeopleXD does not apply to Identity accounts.
