Note: The following is not applicable to organisations using native PeopleXD authentication, or organisations that have not upgraded to Evo.
Following your upgrade to PeopleXD Evo, the PeopleXD mobile app will continue to work as usual for your existing userbase. Users will be able to access the app as they normally do i.e. by entering their device pin or fingerprint.
The guidance below applies to the following scenarios:
a new user downloads the app
an existing user logs out of the app, reinstalls the app, or installs the app on a new device
To log in to the PeopleXD mobile app, the user should enter their Company ID on the first page, then enter their email address on the second page to login.
