Add menu options to a menu profile

Manage a user’s access by assigning menu options to their menu profile.

A menu profile is a collection of menu options that you can assign to a user in bulk. To manage the menu options on a profile, follow the steps below.

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Security.

  2. Click Menu Profiles, then search for the relevant profile.

  3. Next to the profile, click the three-dot menu.

  4. Click Manage Menu Options, then search for the relevant menu identifier.

    🤓Tip: You can search for the menu option by keyword, code, or menu ID.

  5. Click Active.
