You can grant access to Evo Researcher in two steps: first assign an advanced licence to the user, then assign them the Evo Researcher product role.
Assign an advanced licence
To use Evo Researcher, a user must be assigned an advanced licence. Please be aware that your organisation has been allocated a limited number of advanced licences.
Open Access Evo Members.
Search for the user and expand the 3-dot menu.
Select Assign advanced licence.
Assign the Evo Researcher role
To assign the Evo Researcher role to the user:
Open Access Evo Members.
Search for the user and expand the 3-dot menu.
Select Manage Roles.
Under Products, locate Evo Researcher and select the appropriate role from the product role drop-down list:
User â create projects, upload files, chat with AI, and collaborate with team members.
Administrator â all User capabilities, plus creating and managing templates and managing org-level settings.
Click Save Changes.
đ¤Tip: The first time a new user opens a project, Evo Researcher runs an in-app guided tour highlighting the main parts of the UI. You can replay it any time from the Settings menu.
