Manage member access to Access Evo hosted products

Use the members area of Access Evo to set relevant user access levels to hosted products.

To give users the necessary access to your new Access Evo Hosted Products i.e. Access Engage Lite, Access Learning Lite and PeopleXD HMRC Notifications, you must assign this within the Access Evo Members area.

Products in Access Evo can be assigned 3 different access levels:

  • User: No admin access to the Product.β€―

  • Administrator: Administrators of the Product.

  • No Access: User doesn't have access to the Product.

Step 1 – Assign an Access Evo Admin to manage user access in Access Evo:

  • Confirm who will be your Access Evo Administrator, this can be 1 or more people who will have control over users access to Products in Access Evo primarily.

Note: If your organisation embarks on adopting further Access Evo products and Features you may require more in-depth management of Members, Organisation settings and general Access Evo features. These will be covered as part of that same adoption. For the purpose of the PeopleXD Evo Upgrade its confined to managing Product Role access.

  • Send the email addresses of who you have nominated to become your Access Evo Administrators to [email protected]

  • Once the Access Group have confirmed go live of PeopleXD Evo, and activated your Access Evo Administrators, Administrators can access the Access Evo Members area.

  • Administrators can adjust each members level of access to suit the business/function needs.

Step 2 - Manage User access to Access Evo Hosted Products

  1. Open Access Evo. Note: if you are using Access Button inside PeopleXD administrators can open Access Evo by clicking Access Button then Spaces.

  2. Click Members .

  3. Search for the user(s):

    • To search for a specific member, enter their name in the search bar.

    • To filter the results click the funnel Filter icon.png icon .

    • To select all users, click the All Selection Select All icon.pngicon.

  4. Expand the 3-dot menu for the user and click Manage Roles.

  5. Under the Product section use the dropdown options to set the relevant user access level per product. e.g., User/No Access.

  6. Click Save.
