Evo Researcher is an AI research and analysis tool that answers questions from across your systems in everyday language. Ask it anything — from a quick question to a complex analysis — and it draws on your organisation's own data to produce an answer in the format you need, ready to use. Every output is traceable to its source and auditable.
Researcher is for work that involves reading, analysing, or producing documents — and where the context matters as much as the question. You give it your files and instructions upfront, and the AI works within that context across every conversation in the project.
Is it worth a look?
It is if any of these apply:
You regularly work through large documents and need to extract, compare, or summarise information from them.
You produce the same type of output repeatedly (reports, specs, reviews) and want a repeatable, consistent starting point rather than starting from scratch each time.
You need more than one person involved in an AI-assisted task. Researcher projects are shared, so collaborators see the same context, uploads, and outputs.
You want the AI to behave consistently within a defined scope, rather than treating every conversation as a blank slate.
Private, Safe and Secure
The Access Evo robust 3 Tier Security Model protects your organisation, and your employees with reliable, enterprise-grade security. Built on Microsoft and OpenAI partnership.

What are the primary features of Evo Researcher
Project-Based Work — each project holds instructions, documents, data connections and conversation history. Carry on from where the work stopped.
Document Reading — reads across uploaded documents and surfaces relevant passages. Upload contracts, policies or reports and go straight to what matters.
Live Data Connection — connects to live data in other systems on request. Answers based on current information, not a stale export.
Finished Document Output — produces finished documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, HTML and Markdown. Ready to review and send.
Persistent Artefacts — every output saved inside the project. Return to any deliverable to review, download or share.
Standing Instructions — set the format, scope and tone once. Every conversation in that project follows the same rules.
Evo Researcher Apps — project setups saved as templates and published inside Navigator. Know-how built once, available to the whole team.
Who can use Evo Researcher?
Evo Researcher is available to Advanced Users within the Evo Everywhere tier.
What are some practical examples of what Evo Researcher can do?
Evo Researcher can help people turn questions, data and time-consuming tasks into useful outputs more quickly. Outputs are useable documents — not just text to copy and reformat — provided in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, HTML or Markdown. Examples include:
Prepare a workforce report for leadership — an HR or People team could ask Researcher to bring together relevant data to draft a monthly report in hours, rather than spending time gathering information from different systems.
Help shortlist candidates quickly — Researcher can compare large numbers of CVs against the criteria for a role, rank candidates and explain the reasoning, giving recruiters a clear and consistent starting point.
Explain changes in workforce trends — HR directors or People Leaders can draw on live payroll, absence and headcount data to identify patterns and produce a clear written explanation, without waiting for a separate data request.
Identify skills gaps and draft a learning brief — a Learning and Development manager could ask Researcher to compare skills data with role requirements and draft a course brief to address the gaps identified.
Explain a finance or people-cost variance — a Finance Business Partner could connect live finance and HR data to identify why people costs have changed and produce a narrative explanation alongside the figures.
Create a campaign brief and competitor analysis — a marketing campaign manager could ask Researcher to combine competitor positioning with previous campaign results and produce briefs or campaign plans.
