The XD Admin role grants administrator access to Access Evo but with certain privileges turned off. This ensures the user cannot make changes to in Access Evo when the action should be completed in PeopleXD. For example, the ability to Change Email Address is not available for an XD Admin as changes to Member email addresses should come from XD to ensure that XD and Access Evo are kept in syncβ.
Members assigned the XD Admin Role cannot:
Create and edit custom roles.
Add Members, edit names, manage user status, assign tags.
View organisation hierarchy.
Change usernames, change emails, switch account type.
Create and edit tags.
Note: Users assigned the Administrator organisation role have full access to these permissions and can edit the privileges for XD Admin via the Roles and Permissions screen if required.
To assign the XD Admin role:
Open Access Evo Members.
Search for the user and expand the 3-dot menu.
Click Manage Roles.
Select XD Admin from the Organisation Role drop-down list.
Click Save Changes.
