Evo Navigator is your personal command centre inside Evo. It brings together shortcuts, priority tasks, information streams, and an AI assistant into one place, so you can get things done without switching between products.
Navigator is available on both desktop and the Evo mobile app. Your organisation administrator enables Navigator for you β once enabled, it is ready to use as soon as you log in.
What Navigator contains
Navigator is made up of five components, each designed to help you work faster and stay on top of what matters most.
Component | What it does |
Quick Actions | One-click shortcuts to tasks you do often, such as booking leave or viewing your payslip. |
Actions Required | An intelligent prioritised list of everything that needs your attention, pulled from across your products. |
Quick Panels | Slide-out streams - Feed, Tasks, and Comms - you can open without leaving your current screen. |
Ask Navigator | An AI assistant you can ask questions in plain language and get instant visual answers. |
Quick Sections | Dedicated full-page areas where you can pin tools and build a workspace for your daily routine. |
Navigator and your existing workflows
Navigator is an additional way to work - not a replacement. All your existing bookmarks, workflows, and direct product access continue to work exactly as before.
You can use Navigator as your starting point each day, go directly to a product when you need full functionality, or mix both approaches depending on what you are doing.
Permissions and data access
Navigator respects your existing permissions in full. It does not grant access to anything you could not already see in the underlying product - if you cannot view certain data in a product directly, you cannot view it through Navigator either.
Navigator surfaces information from multiple products, but only products you are licensed for and have permissions to access.
All actions you take through Navigator are logged in the same way as actions taken directly in a product, supporting your organisation's audit and compliance requirements.
π Note: For information on how org admins enable Navigator and control what users can see and edit, see Enable Navigator for your users and Navigator permissions and personalisation.
