The Living Roadmap gives you direct visibility of what Access is building for your products. Available within Access Evo, it shows you the roadmap for every product in your licensed Product Suite, so you can see what has just been released, what is coming next, and what is planned for the future. You no longer need to wait for a scheduled review with your account team to find out what is in the pipeline.
You can also register your interest in upcoming features, putting yourself forward as a stakeholder in the development process or as an early adopter when a feature becomes available for preview.
What you can see
The Living Roadmap groups features into four categories for each product in your Product Suite:
General Release — features available to all clients now.
Preview — features available for early adoption before general release.
Coming soon — features currently in development.
Futures — features planned to start development within the next six months.
📌Note: Only products in your licensed Product Suite are shown. Contact your Access account team if you expect to see a product that is not listed.
View your roadmap
Open Access Evo.
Click the Access Button, then click the Living Roadmap icon.
Select a product to see its roadmap.
Register interest in a feature
For features in Preview, Coming soon, and Futures, you can register your interest to be considered as a stakeholder or early adopter.
Open the Living Roadmap and select the relevant product.
Find the feature you are interested in.
Click Register interest on the feature.
📌Note: Registering interest doesn't automatically enrol you in a preview or early adoption programme. The Access team will be in touch if you're selected.
Give a member of your organisation access to the Living Roadmap
You can control which members of your organisation can see the Living Roadmap through the Members section of Access Evo.
⚠️Important: You need the Access Evo Admin role to manage member access. If you do not have this role, contact your system administrator.
Open Members in Access Evo.
Find the member you want to give access to and click the three-dot menu against their name.
Select Manage roles.
Find Living Roadmap in the roles list and turn on access.
📌Note: Changes to member access take effect immediately.
