You can control access to certain PeopleXD Evo features at user level, such as Copilot and MyEvo. This allows you to roll out access to new features to an initial pilot group of users before rolling out to all employees.
To grant access to features in Access Evo, follow the steps below.
Login to Access Evo then click the Members icon.
Search for the user then click their three-dot menu.
Click Manage Features then update the role for the feature you require:
User: Grants access.
No Access: Revokes access.
Click Save changes.
