However, if your question requires a human touch, you can ask a support agent to join the same chat and continue the conversation. Speak directly to a support agent
To request that a support agent joins your conversation, follow the steps below.
Open the Access Digital Assistant, ask your question and review the response.
If your query isn't fully resolved, ask to speak to a person or support agent.
π€Note: If the chatbot detects you're not satisfied with its responses, it offers this option automatically.
You'll receive confirmation that your query is assigned in the chat and by email.
Your support agent reviews the query and contacts you to progress it.
πNote: You'll receive replies in the Access Digital Assistant and by email.
If further investigation is required, the support agent raises a case on your behalf.
