The XD Assistant Copilot plugin allows you to retrieve personal or team data by querying the PeopleXD API, for example ‘how much annual leave do I have remaining?’. This is relative to the menu profiles and system access that you have been granted, for example a manager would not be able to query a team member’s payslip.
Note: This article is only applicable to PeopleXD solutions that have upgraded to Evo.
Employees using the skill can retrieve the following information:
Module | API | Description |
People | Team | This returns a list of the peers or the team of the person passed if set. |
Leave | Balances | Users have a certain amount of entitlements when submitting different types of leave. This returns a summary of those balances. e.g. a user may have 20 days entitlement for holidays, if they have taken 4 days leave against this entitlement then their balance would be 16 days.
Note: Balances and leave types is not a one to one relationship, multiple leave types may be taken into consideration when calculating one balance. |
Leave | Requests, Holiday, Day Off | This returns all of the leave requests, days off, and holidays that the user has submitted. Submitted requests do not get deleted if cancelled, they're simply flagged as cancelled. |
Profile | Bio | This returns the bio for the current user. |
Profile | Address | This returns a user’s address details. |
Profile | Bankdetails | This returns a user’s bank details within the system. |
Profile | Contacts | This returns a user’s contact details within the system. |
Profile | Appointments | This returns a user’s appointment details within the system. |
Onboarding | Incomplete | This returns the list of to do items assigned to the logged in user. The response will return all items the user must action. It will also identify the type of each individual item, these can be INPUT,UDF,POLICY,PAGE. |
