Access issues with action buttons due to the Access Digital Assistant

The Digital Assistant blocks access to certain functionalities particularly buttons and action items in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Our Access Digital Assistant aims to provide fast and efficient support, but sometimes it can unintentionally obstruct features based on screen adjustments.

This can arise when the Access Digital Assistant accidentally blocks functionalities due to your current browser settings or zoom level.

To help you regain access to these buttons, follow the steps below.

  1. Adjust browser zoom level: You can zoom in or out of your browser by using the following keyboard shortcuts:

    • Zoom In: Press Ctrl and +.

    • Zoom Out: Press Ctrl and -.

  2. Resize browser window or adjust screen resolution: Resize your browser window directly or change your screen resolution settings.

By making these adjustments, you should be able to reposition the Access Digital Assistant, allowing you to access the previously blocked buttons.
