Portal: Assign a menu profile to a user

How to assign menu profiles to individual users.

Menu profiles can be assigned to individual employees in the PeopleXD portal by following one of the processes outlined below.

Assign to an employee via People Management

  1. From the dashboard menu, search for and select Command Centre.

  2. Click View next to Employees, then search for the employee.

    πŸ€“Tip: You can search the employee by name or personnel number.

  3. Click VIEW next to the employee, then click ACTIONS.

  4. Select Assign Access, then under Assign Categories, click Menu Profiles.

  5. Under Available, click the menu profile to be added, then drag it to Assigned.


Assign to a user via Security

  1. From the dashboard menu, select Security, then click User Management.

  2. Select an account type based on how the user connects to PeopleXD.

    • All Active Portal Accounts for stand-alone PeopleXD sites.

    • All Active Evo Accounts when launching from Access Evo.

  3. In Search users, locate the user, then click on their three-dot menu.

    πŸ€“Tip: You can search for them by name, personnel number or username.

  4. Select Manage Account, then click on Menu Profiles.

  5. Search for the profile to be added, then click Active.
