As an organisation administrator, you can control which apps are visible to end users when they personalise their Access Evo dashboard. The App Picker allows you to enable or disable specific apps across your organisation.
๐Note: Only organisation administrators can access the Manage Apps option. If you cannot see this option, contact your Access Evo administrator.
Managing apps as an administrator
To manage applications as an administrator, follow the steps below.
Log in to Access Evo as an administrator.
Beside the Add App button, click Manage Apps.
The App Picker will display a list of all available apps.
To control which apps end users can add to their personal dashboard, select or deselect each app accordingly.
Once you have made your selections, to apply the changes, click SAVE.
Changes apply immediately, and when end users next customise their dashboard, theyโll only see the apps youโve enabled.
