When an email address is changed on PeopleXD, the new email address syncs to Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) for that user in real-time.
When the employee has a new email address in Access Evo, they receive a notification email where they need to confirm the new email address and set a new password.
📌Note: A user won’t be able to log on until they have clicked the link on the email and set a new password for the new email.
