Note: For Access Evo (previously Access Workspace) users with an email account, an admin cannot reset their password.

Password change for Access Evo account

To change your Access Evo password, follow the steps below:

  1. In Access Evo, click your avatar then select My Account.

  2. Click Change Password.

Now you receive a security email to alert your password has been changed. Click the reset your password link and set your new password.

Forgot password

If you can't remember your Access Evo password, click the forgotten password option on the logon screen.

Password change for username accounts

If the user doesn't have a valid email, you can create a username account and password for them.

Strong passwords in Access Evo

If you've created a custom security policy, you have an option to require users logging in against your policy to set a strong password. When setting a password, users get hints on why their passwords are not considered strong. Have a look at each criteria in the table below:

Strong password could be a random string of text.

A strong password can be common words with uncommon substitutions.

Common words do not make strong passwords.

Common words with common substitutions (“3” instead of “e”) are not strong passwords.
