As part of the Access Evo members sync, your PeopleXD employees automatically receive an invitation to join Access Evo (previously Access Workspace).
The email is sent overnight based on:
Having the automatic invites activated.
User eligibility such as being part of a criteria group or having an email address assigned.
Note: You can't change the sync time.
You can also send Access Evo invites to individual employees. Once they receive the invitation and click the Join link, they can log into Access Evo and navigate PeopleXD.
