User gets the error 'saml-5: Unauthorised (401)' when logging into the PeopleXD app

πŸ“Œ Note: The following information is only related to organisations using PeopleXD in Access Evo.

If a user encounters this error when logging into the mobile app, you need to run a sync on the affected user's account.

  1. From the dashboard menu, search for and select System Users.

  2. Search for the employee, then click the three-dot menu.

  3. Click Manage Account, then click Run Sync.
