📌Note: The following information is only applicable to customers using PeopleXD in Access Evo.
When an employee's leave date passes in PeopleXD, the Access Evo members sync deactivates the employee. When this happens, to ensure they no longer have access to PeopleXD, the sync removes their product roles.
If you use leaver profiles to grant users access to PeopleXD Portal after their leave date, an automated process ensures the employee retains their access until their profile expiry date. This triggers during the nightly sync and completes the following actions:
Deactivates the user and removes their product roles.
Reactivates the user and assigns them the Access Evo Leaver and User PeopleXD product roles.
Deactivates the user once they reach their leaver profile expiry date in PeopleXD.
