If you have access to the Access Digital Assistant chatbot, you may occasionally receive notifications about activities or upcoming events, such as new product releases or training webinars.
📌Note: When the launcher has a number with a red background , this means you have unread notifications.
To open any unread notifications, follow the steps below.
Click the Access Digital Assistant
icon.
Click the Messages tab, then open any unread messages.
To close the launcher, click the Access Digital Assistant icon again.
