Show all users on Insight report

The report will only show my direct reports and I want it to show all colleagues.

This usually occurs when the report in question is not using a sufficient Access Type to see the level of detailed required.

To change the Access Type on an Insight Report in Portal, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Insight, Admin Area.

  2. Select the Report and click the 3 dot eclipses.

  3. Select Manage.

  4. Choose Setting from the drop down menu.

  5. Under Access Type select Manager All Reports.

The report will save your changes automatically.
