Insight Reports can only be shared by the report owner.
The owner can be changed by Change Owner option.
To change a report owner follow the below:
Go to Portal then select Insight from the main menu.
Switch to Admin Area in the left-hand panel.
Locate the relevant report and click the three dots menu.
Select 'Manage Owner' then enter the new owner.
Click Save.
