Unable to share Insight Reports

An Employee has no option to share Insight Report despite having all Menu Options enabled.

Insight Reports can only be shared by the report owner.
The owner can be changed by Change Owner option.

To change a report owner follow the below:

  1. Go to Portal then select Insight from the main menu.

  2. Switch to Admin Area in the left-hand panel.

  3. Locate the relevant report and click the three dots menu.

  4. Select 'Manage Owner' then enter the new owner.

  5. Click Save.
