To copy an Insight report from one environment to another complete the steps below:
1. Open Portal and go to the Insight module where you created the report.
2. Select the Admin Area cog from the left hand menu.
3. Search for the report you want to copy.
4. Highlight the report line, click on the 3 dot menu and click Export Report.
5. Log into the Portal environment that you want to copy the report into.
6. Go to the Insight Portal.
7. On the top right click the Action button, select Import Report and browse to the report downloaded in step 4.
8. Select that report and click import.
The report is now available in the new environment.
