To change an Insight report name, you'll have to create a clone of the current Insight report that will allow you to change the name of the report as you request.
To create a new report as a clone of an existing report to rename it:
Go to Insight.
Search for the report on the All Reports list on the Home screen.
Select the report, click on the three dots then press the 'View' option.
Press the 'Actions' button on the right side of the page and then click the option 'Clone'.
At this point you can rename for the new report in the Clone Report pop-up window.
Click the Clone Report button to create the new report.
The report will open in edit mode..
Note: Cloned reports can be edited as required.
