Report owners can share their report with other users so they can access it at any time. They can also delegate access so that the users see the same data set as the report owner.
To share a report and delegate access watch the video or follow the steps below:
Go to the Home tab or Admin Area tab on the Insight Dashboard.
Search for the report you want to share then expand the 3-dot menu and click View.
Expand the Actions menu and click Share/Schedule.
Click the Share tab then click the tabs to select how you want to share the report:
Share with employee - select the relevant employees and use the arrow to add them to the list.
Share with org role/group - select the org role and group and review the recipient list.
Fill in the selection criteria then click Save.
Click Delegate Access.
Enable the Access Delegation Active toggle to ensure that all users see the same set of data as the report owner.
Click OK.
