Email Address not populating on Insight Report

Email addresses are not successfully pulling through onto Insight Report.

Solution 1:

You can report on contact details using the 'Person Contact (Personnel)' table. Here you can filter by person reference number or by Contact Type, for example.

Contact Type Key:

  • HEM = Personal Email Address

  • EMAIL = Work Email Address

  • MOB = Personal Mobile Number

  • HTN = Home Telephone Number

You may be limited on what data you can pull in conjunction with contact details on this report. Meaning, if you try to add in a column that does not overlap the Person Contact table, the report will return as blank. Just delete the additional column(s) to revert.

Solution 2:

Instead of adding in a new 'Column' for email addresses, add the following 'Calculation' and the email addresses should pull successfully:

PRBI_GET_CONTACT_TEXT(P_EMPNO=>PRCI_HR_PERSON_MASTER.PERSON_REFERENCE, P_CONTACT_TYPE=>'EMAIL')
