To resolve this, add the following calculation and the Home Telephone Number should pull successfully:
PRBI_GET_CONTACT_TEXT(P_EMPNO=>PRCI_HR_PERSON_MASTER.PERSON_REFERENCE, P_CONTACT_TYPE=>'HTN')
Be sure to check how the Home Telephone Number has been configured in the Contact Type screen.
