How to check and complete your priority tasks using Actions Required in Evo Navigator.

Actions Required brings together everything that needs your attention from across your systems into one prioritised list. Items are ranked by urgency - based on deadline and business impact - so you always know what to focus on first.

You can complete most actions directly from Navigator without opening another product screen. Once you complete an action, it automatically disappears from your list.

Check your Actions Required

1. Open Navigator.

2. Scroll down to the Actions Required section.

3. Each item shows what needs doing and any relevant deadline or context.

πŸ€“ Tip: Review Actions Required at the start of your working day to see what needs your attention most urgently.

Complete an action

1. Find the item you want to action in the list.

2. Click the item to open it.

3. Complete the task in the panel that opens.

4. Once done, the item automatically disappears from your list.

πŸ“Œ Note: You can complete most actions without leaving Navigator - there is no need to open another product screen.

How items appear in Actions Required

Actions Required is powered by Access Feed, which consolidates tasks and notifications from all your Access products into a single actionable list. When a product has something that needs your attention - an approval request, an overdue item, a compliance deadline - it sends that item to your feed, and it surfaces here.

This means important items reach you even when you are working in a different product, so nothing gets missed.

How items are grouped

Related items are grouped together so your list stays manageable rather than showing every individual notification separately. For example, multiple timesheet approvals appear as a single group - such as '5 timesheets awaiting approval' - rather than five separate items.

Each group is given a plain-language title generated automatically by Navigator, so you can see at a glance what the group is about without needing to open it.

πŸ“Œ Note: If a Navigator generated summary is unavailable, the group falls back to a default title of 'Action Items' with a description showing how many items require your attention.

Archiving items

If an item has no available action - for example, an informational notification - you can dismiss it using the Archive option. If an entire group has no actions, select Archive All to clear the group from your list.
