Domain Verification allows you to add your organisation's email domains and once verified any email address from these domain(s) will be set to verified.
The Domain Verification widget can be found on the System Overview tab within the Security Dashboard.

Add a domain
To add a domain follow the steps below:
Navigate to Security > System Overview > Domain Verification
Click Add Domain
Enter your company domain (text after @ in an email address) and click OK
The domain will now display on the Domain Verification widget with a status of Domain Unverified.
Take a note of the CODE opposite the unverified domain and ADD this to your Organisation’s DNS. Note, You will need assistance from your internal IT team to complete this. (see DNS TXT Record below for instructions).
Once the TXT record has been added to your organisation’s DNS settings, click on 3-dot menu opposite the unverified domain that you have added on the Domain Verification widget and click “Verify Domain”. The status should change to Domain Verified.
Please note it could take up to 24-48 hours for the DNS record to be fully updated.
Domain verification - DNS TXT record
The Verification Code obtained in Step 5 above needs to be added as a TXT record in your organisation’s DNS settings, this will need to be completed by your internal IT team.
Adding this TXT record won't impact your website at all; it's something you can only view through a special tool (i.e. the domain verification widget in XD) which performs DNS lookups. Note: you can only create the TXT record through the company whose nameservers your domain name uses, please refer to their specific guidance on how to set up DNS entries.
Use the following information to create your TXT record:
Host: @
Type: TXT
Value: The entire verification code
Once your internal IT team have completed this you will need to verify your domain. To do this refer back to Step 6 above.
