The table below outlines the frequency with which data is transmitted to People Analytics from PeopleXD. This information is essential for understanding the timing of data updates and ensuring seamless integration between the two systems.

Data transferred to People Analytics

Timings

Daily Deltas i.e. difference between data in PeopleXD today versus yesterday

  • Updated once per day.

  • Data difference is calculated as: data before 00:00 UTC today minus data that was sent yesterday.

  • The job to send this data to People Analytics starts from 00:00 UTC

  • The cut-off time for all data will be sent to People Analytics is 05:00 UTC.

Data Mapping, i.e. data that you have mapped in data mapping

  • Mappings are updated once per day.

  • Any data mapped before 00:00 UTC will be sent.

  • Same timings as daily deltas above.

  • Historical changes follow this same process.

Security: User Management and User Groups i.e. applying access given in user management and user groups.

Updated immediately

Data access i.e. what employee data you see based on People Management access

Updated every 2 hours.
