Error 'No Data to Display'

Insight report is shared with a user, but No Data to Display error message displays when attempting to run the report

This error message usually occurs because the access settings have been set up incorrectly in the Insight report settings.

To configure the access settings:

  1. Run the report.

  2. On the left, click Settings from the dropdown list

  3. From the Access Type dropdown list, select the relevant access type.
